Capturing digital memories of physical realities!
As a bboy, I was fascinated to learn about the pivotal role of media in preserving breaking history and ensuring knowledge survives the passage of time.
Once I picked up my first camera, (generously gifted to me by my roommate and close friend), clicked a picture and saw the image on the device’s tiny screen, I was hooked.
My journey started with clicking photos and videos of everything happening at Break Brahma, the studio where Black Ice, (my Breaking crew and pioneers in the Indian Hip Hop scene) practiced regularly.
Soon, it became my obsession to capture the passion, complexity, and minute details of artist’s performances, showcasing the countless hours of hard work they put into improving their craft.
Today, I’ve had the opportunity to work with KVoid and KAK Productions, assisting them in all types of shoots, ranging from music videos to commercials for artists and brands like Arivu, Sarah Black, 1v1 India, Knox, Kreiga, and CRED, to name a few.
